If you are not aware of the concept of Google Analytics or you haven't installed it on your website, then you are in the right place. Here I would like to explain the importance of Google analytics and how to use it.
Importance of Google Analytics:
Do you own a website? Or do you have a blog? If your answer is yes for either of it, then you need analytics. Let's check a few questions which you can answer using Google Analytics.

This is how the Analytics Dashboard looks like. Let me explain about each tab in detail.
This tab is for Customization. Used to create custom reports. We have to choose the dimensions and decide how to be displayed. At least one dimension and metric should be specified.
Real-Time helps us to monitor the activities as it happens on your blog/website. For instance, we can see how many visitors are on your site right now, from which location, which pages, what events and conversions occurred.
The Audience reports provide the characteristics of your users. For instance, bounce rate, active users, age, gender, interests, behavior, and technology.
The acquisition provides the quick view of all top channels through which you are getting traffic. For instance, social media, Google ads, and link building.
Behavior flow chart shows how visitors travel and interact with your site/blog. It can also help identify the content issues. From one page or event to the next.
The Conversions section shows the path of visitors takes on the website, from the entrance to making a purchase or becoming a lead. Goal settings need to be set to track the conversions.
